The LVT574 and LVTH574 are high-speed, low-power octal D-type flip-flops with separate D-type inputs for each flip-flop and 3-state outputs for bus-oriented applications. Buffered Clock (CP) and Output Enable (OE#) are common to all flip-flops. The LVTH574 data inputs include bus holds, eliminating the need for external pull-up resistors to hold unused inputs. These octal flip flops are suitable for low voltage (3.3V) VCC applications but provide a TTL interface to a 5V environment. The LVT574 and LVTH574 are fabricated on an advanced BiCMOS process, which enables high-speed operation similar to 5V ABTs while maintaining low power consumption.

The MM74HC132 uses an advanced silicon-gate CMOS process to achieve low power consumption and high noise immunity of standard CMOS, capable of driving 10 LS-TTL loads. The 74HC logic family is functionally and pin-out compatible with the standard 74LS logic family. All inputs are protected against damage due to electrostatic charge by internal diodes clamped to VCC and ground.
